It has been a while!

I am just not sure why finding time to blog is so hard. I seem to manage to find time to play games on my phone...why is it so hard to spend 10 minutes writing my thoughts about what we have been doing?!?! I am going to catch up this weekend!

I think that our last post was about our time in Cairns which was a looking time ago. We really enjoyed the Daintree Rain Forest and did several expeditions: a river tubing adventure, catamaran to the Outer Great Barrier Reef for snorkeling, Skyrail to Kuranda and a scenic train back and finally a trip to Mossman Gorge, and out to the spot where two Unesco World Heritage sites meet: Daintree Rain Forest and The Great Barrier Reef. What a fascinating place to visit! We stayed in a very lovely apartment with a massive terrace and enjoyed touring all around Cairns. The highlight was the Reef - we had a lesson from a marine biologist and she took us one the first snorkeling adventure which was very educational but a lot of fun. The girls were able to enter what they had seen in an app called Eye on the Reef which is an aid for conservation.
